Returns and Exchanges

At Label Avira, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. As most of our products are made to order, we follow a strict no return, no refund policy — with exceptions made only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.

Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with tags intact.

Note: Color variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces
Altered garments
Sale or discounted items
Accessories
As each order is produced specifically for you, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the order is placed.

3. Exchange Policy

If your order meets the return conditions:

You may request an exchange for size or a replacement for the same product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

4. Reporting an Issue

A brief description of the issue
Clear images of the defect or incorrect product
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days with the next steps.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only in case of approved defective or wrong products and cannot be processed for customized or made-to-order pieces.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us for inspection.
In case of a confirmed defect or incorrect item, Label Avira will bear the reverse shipping charges.
