All our pieces are either made to order or carefully curated from our collection.
Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch.
For customized or altered pieces, processing time may extend up to 10–14 working days, depending on design and production requirements.

2. Shipping Within India

We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, festivals, or logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.
Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Details

Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, contact number, and pin code) are accurate.
Label Avira is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Once the order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver every order promptly, Label Avira shall not be liable for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, or courier partner issues.
